Welcome to the Fit Father Project App! We are the #1 Fitness Program and Community for Dads 40+. We help busy dads and men 40+ lose weight, build muscle, and get themselves healthy for their families.
Our Fit Father Program has transformed the lives of over 50,000+ Dads and we’re just getting started!
It’s our Mission to help busy Dads over 40 get their health back. We want to help every Dad reach healthy weight, build muscle, and create habits to stay healthy long-term… for himself and his family.
We provide nutrition + exercise guidance geared for weight loss, muscle building, general health improvements, flexibility, and even stress relief.
The Dads who join our community get instant access to our meal plans, workouts, and health guidance… all inside this insanely powerful Fit Father App. The app literally hands you everything: easy delicious meal plans, workouts (for all fitness levels), accountability coaching, fun challenges, daily motivation, and more! We help you set goals and achieve them quickly using our Program that’s so engaging & effective… it will change your life.
The Fit Father App also gives you access to our incredible Community of Men. We call this group “The Brotherhood” …because as corny as that may sound, that’s exactly what it feels like.
There’s no other better way to explain it than to say this Fit Father Program has attracted and transformed the lives of thousands of the most genuine, helpful, and good-valued men. And all these men love the FFP so much that we’re all hanging out and supporting one another inside our group “The Brotherhood” where we’re constantly sharing inspiration, support, genuine connection, camaraderie, and tons of motivation.
We want you to become a Fit Father Member and join us because we believe in this:
“As iron sharpens iron, so too does one man sharpen another.” - Proverbs 27:17
This Fit Father Program & Community was founded by Dr. Anthony Balduzzi through a deeply personal journey. Growing up, Anthony watched his own dad get unhealthy and die at 42 years old. Anthony was 10 at the time. All the pain and healing Anthony experienced after his Dad’s death ignited his passion to help other Dads get and stay healthy for their families.
To date, the Fit Father Project has the MOST success story health transformations for Dads 40+ online. We have thousands. And it’s true… our meal plans, workouts, and habit guidance are world-class and so incredibly helpful. And everything our entire Program and approach to health is geared specifically for busy Dads 40+ so this Program actually fits your life and is sustainable long-term.
If you’re ready to experience a new level of health on a life-changing program that will turn you into a Fit Father, visit our website and become a member of the FFP today!
